They open up in a day and all at once you have beautiful poppies all over the place.
And I can't stop taking photographs of them.

The plants that were grown this Spring are almost all planted out now, the few remaining will be planted in the coming week. It feels strange not to have hundreds of seedlings and plants all needing watering, feeding, potting on etc. Strange but also a relief. It gives me so much more time to spend enjoying the garden for itself. It does give back much more than it receives.
